COAT COLOUR: As white as a fresh snowfail, speckled with grey flecks.
EYE COLOUR: A blued eyed Caribou. Bring it.
DISTINGUISHING MARKS: Due to her light coloration, she has some bruises on her withers that have been slowly healing over time.
OVERALL APPEARANCE: White Caribou are certainly a rare find. Yue’s limbs are similar to the likes of stilts; her body is full and well built, but her appendages are gangly, making it look a bit disproportioned. However, due to this, she is fairly agile for such a large animal and is light on her feet, in a rather graceful manner. Like nearly all deer species, she has a stub of a tail. Her antlers are also very delicate looking—rather fuzzy, too! They’re brittle and aren’t the kind that should be used for fighting. Yue has blue pools, which is very rare for her family. Somewhere in her lineage, there was a genetic mutation for a recessive eye-color gene and this was passed on through a few generations that had originated in the arctic tundra.

DESIRES: To help everyone in need! After seeing what hardships life can bring, Yue feels like the least she can do is try to make others happy.

OVERALL PERSONALITY: From initial encounters, Yue is sometimes viewed as dull-witted. It’s not so much that she isn’t smart, because she is, but her carefree attitude makes it difficult for her to be taken seriously sometimes. She generally has a lot of faith in humanity and tends to believe there is a little bit of goodness in everyone, somehow. Enemies are something Yue doesn’t really have; there’s just an infectious aura about her that makes her likeable in most circumstances. She’s friendly, moderately outgoing, and is never shy in greeting someone. Despite her pleasant demeanor, she doesn’t have very many close friends; merely just a handful of acquaintances that she meets once, maybe twice, and then that’s it. She still remains rather naïve about life and doesn’t have a lot of experience in dealing with hardships—at least, not at a noticeable level (i.e. she could have had traumatic experiences but she suppresses them and her personality overshadows it).

HISTORY: Two doesn’t seem like a big number at all, but when it is applied to a Caribou, they have recently reached maturity both physically and mentally. Yue grew up with the closest thing to a “perfect” life, one would suppose. Her parents sheltered her from harm and taught her everything they new about survival. They offered moral guidance for her and instilled that others should be helped before herself. A lot of time and attention was given to her before her parents had no other offspring. She was their one and only, pride and joy, and they put all of their effort into her. As she became of age, she left her parents to seek out her own life path in which to follow. It caught wind that Yue’s parents had died to natural causes a half a year later—more specifically, the winter was frigid and amidst the desperation of food, they succumbed to weakness and couldn’t fight on any longer. She mourned the loss of them, but knew in her heart that they would want her to continue to flourish and prosper, writing her own story of life.
